Anti-Splashing Sheet – 1000mm x 10m Roll for Marine Fuel Line Protection

Protect your vessel's engine room from fuel oil splashes with this high-performance anti-splashing sheet. Designed to wrap around fuel and lubricating oil lines connected to engines and generators, it prevents flammable oil from spraying onto hot surfaces and causing fires. The sheet is constructed from aramid woven fabric laminated with aluminum foil on both sides, with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer covered by a release film. When properly applied, it withstands burst pressures up to 3.0 MPa and is approved for continuous use at 1.5 MPa, meeting SOLAS Chapter II-2 requirements for oil line shielding.

This 1000mm wide by 10m long roll provides ample material for covering multiple pipe runs in the engine room. The aramid fabric offers excellent tensile strength (318 N/10mm width) and heat resistance up to 150°C, while the aluminum foil reflects radiant heat and resists oil degradation. The adhesive ensures a secure bond to steel pipes, and the sheet can be easily cut to length with scissors. Certified by major classification societies including ABS, BV, CCS, DNV, KR, LR, NK, RINA, and UL, it is a reliable choice for new builds and retrofits.
