What is the difference between the standard 23-needle and optional 53-needle set?

The standard 23 needles are 3mm in diameter and provide aggressive descaling for heavy rust and coating removal. The optional 53 needles are 2mm in diameter, allowing finer surface preparation and less aggressive cleaning. Note that the needle holder must be replaced when switching between needle sizes.

Can this tool be used for weld cleaning?

Yes, the electric jet chisel is well-suited for cleaning weld seams, removing slag, and preparing metal surfaces for inspection or further coating. The impact action effectively removes weld spatter and oxidation.

What safety precautions should I take?

Always wear rubber gloves and non-slip safety shoes. Do not use in rain or near flammable gases/liquids. Ensure the power supply voltage matches the tool rating. After use, unplug the tool. When replacing carbon brushes, also add 30g of lubricating oil.

What is the duty cycle of this tool?

The rated operating time is 30 minutes of continuous use. Allow the tool to cool down between cycles to prevent overheating and extend motor life.
