Electric Scaling Machine 110V – Marine Deck Rust Removal

This electric scaling machine is specifically designed for large-scale rust removal in marine and shipbuilding industries. Featuring a disposable chain drum system with specially treated chain links, the motor-driven chains strike the surface to remove rust effectively. The chain design absorbs vibration, ensuring operator comfort even during extended use.

Delivering 28,000 impacts per minute, this tool provides efficient and rapid surface preparation. With a working width of 40 mm and a powerful 750W motor, it is ideal for heavy-duty scaling tasks on decks, hulls, and other steel surfaces. The standard configuration includes one disposable chain drum (model 591234) and a 50-meter power cable. Optional accessories include standard wire brushes (curled wire, IMPA 591801) and heavy-duty wire brushes (twisted wire, IMPA 591802).
