Industrial Pneumatic Vacuum Cleaner - V-300 20L Drum

This industrial pneumatic vacuum cleaner is designed for safe and efficient recovery of liquids, metal chips, dust, and sludge in hazardous environments where electric vacuums pose a risk. Powered entirely by compressed air, it eliminates the danger of electric shock and combustion, making it ideal for marine vessels, power supply rooms, and other damp or flammable locations. The unit attaches to a standard 20-liter steel drum, converting it into a powerful vacuum receiver with a suction force capable of handling viscosities up to 3000 cP.

Built with no moving parts or motor, the V-300 offers minimal wear, low failure rates, and long service life. A built-in float ball check valve automatically stops suction when the drum is full, preventing overflow and secondary contamination. The unit can be rinsed with water for easy cleaning and is CE certified under ISO9001 quality standards. Comes complete with 2 meters of oil-resistant PVC steel wire hose and an aluminum flat nozzle tube.

Applications include shipboard maintenance, industrial workshops, and areas requiring intrinsically safe equipment. The recommended operating air pressure is 0.5–0.8 MPa, and the unit consumes 240 L/min of compressed air at 0.49 MPa. Maximum liquid flow rate ranges from 60 to 80 liters per minute.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the V-300 handle both liquids and solids?

Yes, it can recover liquids, solid particles (up to 5 mm), and solid-liquid mixtures. It is especially effective for cutting fluids, sludge, metal chips, and water.

What air pressure is required to operate this vacuum?

The recommended operating air pressure is between 0.5 and 0.8 MPa (5–8 bar). The air hose must have an inside diameter of at least 7 mm (3/8 inch) to maintain performance.

Is this vacuum safe for flammable environments?

Yes, because it uses compressed air rather than electricity, there is no risk of sparks or electric shock. However, when collecting flammable liquids, a ground wire must be attached to the nozzle or body.

How does the automatic shut-off work?

When the drum fills with liquid, an internal float ball rises and blocks the intake channel, causing the vacuum to automatically stop. This prevents overflow and secondary contamination.
