Marine Bronze Screw Down Check Globe Valve 40mm 16kgf/cm²

This marine bronze screw down check globe valve, model F-7409, is designed for reliable flow control in shipboard piping systems. Manufactured to JIS F-7409 standards, it handles steam up to 205°C, and air, gas, oil, and non-shock water up to 120°C. Maximum working pressure is 1.57 MPa (16 kgf/cm²) for steam, air, gas, oil, and pulsating water, and 2.16 MPa (22 kgf/cm²) for non-shock water.

With a 40mm nominal size, 180mm face-to-face length, and 140mm flange diameter, this valve is suitable for various marine applications. It undergoes rigorous testing: seat watertightness test at 2.37 MPa (24.2 kgf/cm²) on the inlet side and 2.37 MPa to 0.39 MPa on the outlet side, and body hydraulic test at 3.23 MPa (33 kgf/cm²).
