This marine explosion-proof chain hoist is purpose-built for LNG/LPG vessels, oil tankers, chemical carriers, and offshore platforms where spark-free operation is critical. Constructed from beryllium copper alloy, the gear mechanism is fully enclosed in a copper alloy housing, ensuring no sparks are generated during lifting. With a 5-ton lifting capacity and a standard lift of 3 meters, it is the highest capacity model in this series, ideal for hoisting heavy engine components, large valves, and other equipment in explosive atmospheres.

Rigorously tested to 7.5 tons (150% of rated capacity), this hoist meets stringent safety standards for marine and industrial use. The minimum distance between hooks is just 710 mm, allowing operation in tight spaces. Suitable for use in chemical plants, pharmaceutical facilities, dust-laden workshops, and any environment requiring explosion-proof lifting equipment.
