The Marine Straub Clamp Open-Flex Type is a high-performance pipe repair clamp designed for rapid sealing of pinholes, cracks, and perforations in steel piping systems. Its unique open-flex design allows installation without dismantling the pipe, eliminating the need for welding or special tools. Suitable for applications involving seawater, air, inert gas, and other media, this clamp delivers a reliable seal under demanding marine conditions.

Constructed with a SUS316 stainless steel body (SUS304 available on request) and an EPDM rubber sleeve, the clamp withstands working pressures up to 10 bar (16 kgf/cm² maximum). The 50mm nominal size fits pipe outer diameters ranging from 57 to 61 mm, making it ideal for emergency repairs on water, gas, oil, and steam lines. The assembly includes bolts, nuts, and washers for secure tightening.
