Marine Straub Open-Flex Pipe Clamp – 200mm (211-221mm OD)

The Marine Straub Open-Flex Type Clamp is a rapid repair solution for steel pipes with pinholes, perforations, or cracks. Designed for emergency use on water, gas, oil, and steam lines, this clamp requires no pipe cutting or welding and can be installed without dismantling the pipeline. Its open-flex design allows quick fitting over the damaged section, providing a reliable seal under pressure.

Constructed with a stainless steel SUS316 body (SUS304 available on request) and an NBR (acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber) sleeve, this clamp is suitable for oil and organic gas media. With a nominal size of 200mm and accommodating pipe outside diameters from 211 to 221mm, it offers a working pressure of 8 bar (max 16 kgf/cm²). The clamp assembly includes the housing, rubber sleeve, bolts, nuts, and washers for complete sealing.
