Marine Straub Open-Flex Pipe Repair Clamp – 300mm (314-324mm OD)

This marine-grade Straub Open-Flex pipe repair clamp is designed for quick, reliable emergency repairs of steel pipes suffering from pinholes, cracks, or ruptures. The open-flex design allows installation without dismantling the pipe system—simply wrap the clamp around the damaged area and tighten. Suitable for seawater, air, inert gas, and other media, this clamp delivers a secure seal up to 7 bar working pressure (16 kgf/cm² max).

Constructed with a SUS316 stainless steel body (SUS304 available on request) and an EPDM rubber sleeve, the clamp resists corrosion and provides excellent sealing against water, air, and oil. Perfect for shipboard use where downtime must be minimized, this 300mm nominal size clamp fits pipes with an outside diameter range of 314–324 mm. The package includes the clamp body, rubber sleeve, bolts, nuts, and gaskets for a complete repair solution.
