Pneumatic Chain Impact Scaling Machine – 40mm Track for Marine De-rusting

This pneumatic chain impact scaling machine is specifically designed for rust removal on ship decks, edges, and confined areas. It utilizes a disposable chain drum system with specially hardened chains delivering 28,000 impacts per minute for fast and effective surface preparation. The 40 mm working track makes it ideal for cleaning weld seams, removing scale, and preparing surfaces for coating.

With an air consumption of 2.2 m³/min and operating pressure range of 6–8 bar, this tool is compatible with standard shipyard air supplies via a 1/2-inch hose. The chain drum is quick to replace, minimizing downtime. The tool is supplied with one disposable chain drum (IMPA 591234) as standard. Optional accessories include a heavy-duty twisted wire brush (IMPA 591802) and a standard crimped wire brush (IMPA 591801), sold separately.
