Designed for the demanding onboard maintenance and anti-corrosion programs of tankers, bulk carriers, container vessels, and offshore support units, this heavy-duty pneumatic airless sprayer is the workhorse for deck and structural coating. It handles exposed deck areas, ballast tanks, steel structures, handrails, deck machinery, and spot repair with ease, atomizing high-viscosity, high-solids protective coatings without thinning. Because it runs entirely on ship's compressed air, it is ideal for hazardous zones and enclosed spaces where electric equipment is restricted.

At the heart of the system is a 69:1 pressure ratio that delivers up to approximately 41 MPa (5,950 psi) at 0.6 MPa (87 psi) air inlet, producing a maximum free-flow output of 25 L/min. The pilot-operated air reversing valve ensures fast, reliable changeover with reduced icing and downtime, while the low-noise muffler keeps operation tolerable in confined spaces such as ballast tanks. The unit accepts reversible nozzles from 211 to 723 (0.28–0.58 mm orifice; 415–523 recommended) and is supplied with a 10 m high-pressure hose (extendable to 30 m) and a professional airless gun with safety lock and swivel inlet. Mounted on a wheeled cart and weighing approximately 65 kg, it is mobile enough for crew to move between deck sections and passageways.
