This pneumatic single head scaling hammer is designed for efficient rust and scale removal from metal surfaces. The tool operates by driving a chisel bit back and forth at high speed, delivering rapid blows to break away corrosion. Its innovative detachable bit design allows you to replace only the worn tip instead of the entire chisel, reducing downtime and cost.

Interchangeable tips are available for different applications, including tungsten carbide for heavy-duty scaling and beryllium copper for spark-free environments (sold separately). The standard tip is made of hardened steel. With a working pressure of 0.6–0.7 MPa and a blow frequency of approximately 3000 BPM, this hammer delivers consistent performance. It is CE certified and suitable for shipboard maintenance, shipyard repairs, and industrial surface preparation.
