Tank Cleaning Hose Saddle 300N – Marine Oil Tank Cleaning Accessory

This tank cleaning hose saddle (300N model) is designed to protect and facilitate the lifting of oil tank cleaning hoses on ships. Made from corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, it is lightweight yet robust, ensuring long-lasting performance in harsh marine environments. The saddle is used during tank cleaning operations with cleaning machines: the hose is placed on the saddle, and a pulley system allows easy lifting. An aluminum bracket at the top secures the hose, while the aluminum base plate has an opening for the cleaning machine to pass through into the tank.

Compatible with standard hose diameters of 1.5 to 2.5 inches, this hose saddle effectively prevents hose wear and improves operational efficiency. The base plate can be secured to the tank hatch, and custom sizes are available upon request. The 300N model features a base plate outer diameter of 380 mm, making it suitable for most tank openings.
