This complete valve seat cutter set is designed for precision cutting and reconditioning of valve seats in marine diesel engines, auxiliary engines, and industrial machinery. The set includes four cutters (1", 2", 3", and 4") along with a spindle, handle, fixing bed, lock nut, and adjusting screw. Engineered for easier assembly and handling compared to ordinary cutters, this tool ensures accurate, horizontal alignment with the valve seat for consistent cutting results.

Ideal for both level and slant surface valve seats, the cutter set allows for quick setup: simply remove the valve cap or flange, fit the appropriate cutter to the spindle, secure the fixing bed with the tightening bolt, and adjust the screw for optimal cutter position. The clockwise turning motion delivers smooth, precise cuts. Additional cutter sizes (1/2", 3/4", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2-1/2", 5", and 6") are available upon request to cover a wide range of valve seat dimensions.
