The system comprises three key components: a wire rope lubricator with an aluminum alloy body and stainless steel clamps for lightweight, corrosion-resistant performance; a pneumatic grease pump that pressurizes lubricant up to 30 MPa for rapid penetration; and a manganese steel groove cleaner that removes old grease and debris from strand gaps. It handles NLGI 0# to 3# greases, with a 15 kg reservoir and 1.0 kg/min flow rate. Available in three sizes covering rope diameters from 8 mm to 70 mm, it is suitable for cranes, deck winches, ROV cables, and more.
