Electric Deck Scaler KC-120 – Heavy-Duty Surface Preparation Tool

The Electric Deck Scaler KC-120 is a high-performance surface preparation machine designed for large flat areas such as ship decks, steel plates, and factory floors. It efficiently removes rust, old paint, mill scale, and other surface contaminants, preparing the substrate for repainting or recoating. With interchangeable working heads, this versatile tool can also be used for concrete scarifying to create a rough bonding surface for new coatings.

Equipped with a powerful 2.2 kW three-phase motor (available in 220V, 380V, or 440V), the KC-120 delivers fast material removal over a 200mm working width. The cutter head rotates at 1736 rpm (50 Hz) or 2121 rpm (60 Hz), and the cutting depth is easily adjustable via the top rotary handle. The machine comes standard with a cutter blade assembly, while optional gear assembly and wire brush assembly are available for different applications. Ideal for shipyards, marine maintenance, and industrial flooring contractors.
