This electric scaling machine is specifically designed for large-scale rust removal on marine decks and other industrial surfaces. Utilizing a disposable chain drum system with specially treated chain links, the motor drives the chains to impact the surface, effectively removing rust and scale. The chain action delivers powerful cleaning while absorbing vibration, ensuring operator comfort during extended use. With 28,000 impacts per minute and a working width of 40 mm, this tool provides efficient and rapid surface preparation.

Powered by a 750W motor running on 440V three-phase, 60Hz, the machine delivers consistent performance at 1715 RPM. It comes standard with one disposable chain drum (IMPA 591234) and a 50-meter power cable. Optional accessories include a standard wire brush (curly wire brush, IMPA 591801) and a heavy-duty wire brush (knotted wire brush, IMPA 591802). All accessories are available separately.
