Pneumatic Chain Impact Scaling Machine – 200mm Working Track

This pneumatic surface preparation machine is designed for heavy-duty de-scaling, rust removal, and surface cleaning on steel structures, ship hulls, tanks, and industrial equipment. It utilizes a high-speed rotating chain drum system powered by compressed air to effectively remove rust, paint, mill scale, and other surface contaminants. The machine features an ergonomic handle assembly with adjustable positioning for operator comfort, a protective cover to contain debris and improve safety, and an integrated vacuum port for dust collection systems. The disposable chain drum design allows for quick replacement without complex maintenance, minimizing downtime.

For optimal performance and service life, the machine must be connected to a properly filtered and lubricated air supply system comprising an air moisture filter, pressure regulator, lubricator (oil-mist type), shut-off valve, and correctly dimensioned hose with safety wiring. The lubricator should be set to approximately 10 drops of air tool oil per minute. The standard configuration includes the complete machine with handle assembly, pneumatic motor with integrated air filter/lubricator/regulator, protective debris cover, and one disposable chain drum. Optional accessories include standard wire brush assemblies and heavy-duty wire brush assemblies.
