Our Tank Cleaning Hose Saddle 400N (IMPA 590682) is designed to protect and facilitate the lifting of tank cleaning hoses during cargo tank washing operations. Made from corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, this hose saddle is lightweight yet robust, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding marine environments.

The saddle features a smooth-running pulley system that allows easy hoisting of the hose, while an aluminum bracket at the top secures the hose in place. The base plate has a 410mm outer diameter and a central opening for the tank cleaning machine to pass through, enabling direct deployment into the tank. Compatible with standard hoses from 1.5 to 2.5 inches, this hose saddle minimizes hose wear and improves operational efficiency.

Ideal for use with tank cleaning machines, the 400N model can be securely fixed to the tank hatch. Custom base plate dimensions are available upon request to suit specific vessel requirements.
